Digital Downloads
How long after I place my order will I receive the download?
You will receive a download link immediately.
Changes or Cancellations
No returns are accepted after an order has been placed and a download link has been sent.
Stickers
Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time.
USPS First-Class Mail
Stickers will be mailed in an envelope using USPS First-Class Mail which will take 1-5 business days to be delivered
Posters & T-Shirts
Please note that t-shirts and posters are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printify, which will be shipped from the nearest facility to your shipping address.
How long after I place my order does it take to ship?
For t-shirts, I use a print-on-demand service called Printify. Shipping times can vary depending on the location it’s being shipped to:
USA: Shipping can take up to 2 - 5 business days
Canada: Shipping can take up to 10 - 30 business days

Changes or Cancellations
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact me immediately at info@rubberhouse.studio -- I may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.
Returns & Refunds
If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at - info@rubberhouse.studio and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
If your item has already shipped - please reach out to the carrier directly for changes. If the item is returned to Printify due to an incorrect address, they can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee to the correct address.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some items will be fulfilled by different companies and will ship separately. Posters and t-shirts are fulfilled by Printify while stickers I mail personally, and digital downloads will have links sent out immediately.
Are you accepting commissions?
